Returns, Refunds, Replacements Policy

All orders are processes through Country Lane Store.

Time Period To Request Replacement, Return, Refund

If you received a damaged product, you may within 15 days of your order date, ask for a replacement or refund. If you received an item and are dissatisfied with the product, you may request within 15 days of your order date, ask for a refund. See details for replacement and refund requests below.

Replacement Request

If you would like a replacement for items received damaged, send a request within 15 days of purchase date to orders@countrylanestore.com. Please include the following in your replacement request email:

    1. Order number (in the subject line of your order confirmation email)

    2. Photo of the damaged item

After we process the replacement request, we will contact you with the resolution plan. If the item is out of stock, we will fulfill the replacement plan as soon as possible.

Refund Request

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us at orders@countrylanestore.com within 15 days of the purchase date. Please include in your refund request email:

    1. Order number (in the subject line of your order confirmation email)

    2. Reason you are requesting a return for refund

    3. If due to receiving a damaged product, attach a photo of the damaged item

We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If refund is approved, we will refund the price of the item, minus any discount coupon used at time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. We will provide a box and a postage-paid label.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been opened, altered, or used cannot be accepted for return, refund, or replacement.
